DimpzNLawz are a London-based female DJ duo bringing infectious energy, undeniable chemistry and a genuine love of music to every dancefloor they touch. Friends since their school days, Dimpz and Lawz's journey behind the decks began when Dimpz first learned to DJ and soon encouraged Lawz to get behind the decks too. What started as a shared love of music naturally evolved into a duo, with the pair launching their journey together on London's OnTop FM. Eight years later, their friendship remains at the heart of DimpzNLawz — and the natural chemistry, charisma and energy between them has become a defining part of their sets.
Music has always played a major role in both of their lives. Lawz grew up surrounded by it, with a musician father who also owned a club in East London, while Dimpz's early love of dance gave her an instinctive connection to rhythm, movement and musicality. Together, those influences have shaped an open-format sound rooted in Dancehall, R&B and Hip-Hop, while giving them the versatility to move effortlessly across genres and read any room. A DimpzNLawz set is about more than simply playing records. It's about creating an atmosphere. Their infectious energy, crowd interaction and natural back-to-back chemistry make the audience part of the experience. As two women behind the decks, they're particularly passionate about creating an environment where women in the crowd feel seen, celebrated and free to enjoy themselves — something that has earned them a strong female following.
Their journey has seen them play across the UK and internationally, with sets in Dubai, Turkey, Tunisia, Portugal, Antigua and Morocco. Career highlights include playing at Burna Boy's album release, multiple appearances during Notting Hill Carnival, festival stages and a guest appearance on BBC Radio 1Xtra, alongside the radio roots they established at OnTop FM. Beyond the decks, DimpzNLawz are also the creators of Shot Ah Clock, their own event brand and another extension of the energy and culture they've built around their sound. Energetic, vibrant and unapologetically fun, DimpzNLawz bring personality, musicality and genuine enjoyment to every set. Whether it's an intimate club or a packed festival crowd, the mission remains the same: good music, good energy and a dancefloor that feels it. @DimpzNLawz — across all platforms
